We currently accept online payments through:

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the commencement of any service or delivery of products.

Partial payments or installments may be allowed only with prior written agreement.

Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS after a successful transaction.

3. Transaction Security ๐Ÿ”

All transactions processed via PhonePe are encrypted and secured as per industry standards.

We do not store any sensitive financial information like card numbers, UPI IDs, or CVV codes on our servers.

4. Failed Transactions or Errors โ—

If a transaction fails but your account is debited, the amount will be auto-refunded by PhonePe to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days.

For unresolved issues, contact PhonePe support or reach out to us directly with transaction details.

5. Invoice & Receipts ๐Ÿงพ

An invoice will be issued upon successful payment.

You may request a tax invoice or GST invoice (if applicable) by contacting us with your business details.

6. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

We do not entertain chargebacks without prior communication. Initiating one may result in suspension of services.
