Once any digital marketing or web development service has commenced, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of the progress or completion status of the project.

By agreeing to start the service, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Cancellation Before Service Begins

In such cases, the refund amount (after applicable deductions, if any) will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation before service initiation:

Email us with your order or invoice details.

Clearly mention your request for cancellation and provide the reason.

Cancellations must be acknowledged and confirmed by our team to initiate the refund process.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

SEO, Social Media Marketing, or any digital marketing package after it has started

Domain, Hosting, and SSL services once purchased

Custom design or development projects after initial work or resource allocation

Consulting or strategy sessions once conducted

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be considered a breach of our agreement and may result in legal action.

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any dissatisfaction before initiating a dispute with a payment provider.
